At Luxembelle, we are committed to delivering your order reliably and on time. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Cost We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees or surcharges — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Order Cutoff Time Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 3 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 12 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.
Shipping Restrictions We are currently unable to ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or if a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of returned packages.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via luxembelle.com/pages/contact and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
